This workshop is open to both studio and non-studio clients.

 

 Roll & Release Workshop on the Foam Roller:  Studies have shown that static strethcing is not always the best way to prevent injury.  For some people, creating too much length in a muscle may make them more prone to injury!  Myofascial self release may untie muscle knots, without dangerously incresing muscle length.    Roll & Release uses techniques developed from Foam Roller Massage, Small Ball Release and Body rolling.  The myofacial release exercises taught in this workshop are a great therapeutic tool for a variety of injuries and pains.  Perfect for all Pilates students -- helps to release areas that may be restricting your movements.  Can't afford a massage?  This is the class for you.
