Private Pilates - One on One
One instructor & one client in a personalized session that is ideal for individuals with special considerations or prefer the one-on-one approach to training. An elite and personalized experience with specific attention to detail targeting your key areas.

Group Reformer Classes
Group classes are composed of 3-4 clients. Groups are designed around
beginner, intermediate or advanced clients while still providing individual
attention.The group dynamic allows clients to share the cost of a session while collectively increasing motivation and adherence.

Mat Certification Classes
The A Pilates Studio Mat Certification process consists of two phases: academic study through the System Workshops and experiental training through the Apprenticeship Program. Any individual who meets the entry requirements may start the program at any time.

Yoga Class - Vinyasa
Suitable for beginners and for those with an ongoing yoga practice. Students experience a class that effectively works all parts of the body equally, creating an experience of non-judgment and non-competition for our students. It is highly complementary to other styles with this focus.
Spinning Pilates - Combo Class
This class combines Pilates with Spinning. In these classes, students pedal through instructor -led rides on stationary bikes, towel off and strike Pilates poses. Together, these forms compliment each other in a balanced workout, where your muscles are strengthened and stretched, your mind goes on a calm inner journey, and your heart gets a fierce pumping.
Mat Pilates Class
Beginners learn the fundamental breathing and stretching techniques of Pilates mat work, concentrating on abdominal work. As awareness develops, clients perform intermediate and advanced exercises.

Additional Services
Pilates - Introductory Session
A private session aimed to provide a complete physical assessment of body alignment, posture, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination as well as an introduction to the Pilates method.
One time session, required of all new clients.
Work Shops
Various workshops are offered throughout the month. Space is limited and reservations are required in advance. Topics include but not limited to, Pilates methods, Yoga poses, Myo-facia release techniques and Nutrition courses. Check the calendar for scheduled Work Shops.
