24 Hour Cancellation Policy - Private Sessions Only
A 24 hour cancellation notice must be given for all scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled without this notice will be charged at the full session rate. Cancelled sessions without a 24 hour notice are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Group Cancellation Policy
Group Pilates sessions are designed for a shared cost for the sessions across all clients, thus providing a lower cost to each participant. If you must cancel a group session - with or without a 24 hr. notice - no refunds will be honored. A make up may be made in another class and time if scheduling permits. This strict policy is in place so that remaining clients within the group are guaranteed their group rate.
Privacy policy
All information including, but not limited to, e-mail addresses, names, health history, fitness evaluations, work out schedules and personal data will remain with "A Pilates Studio" and kept in the strictest confidence except where required by law.
Legal documents
Documents in the "forms for download" section on the right are legal documents and must be completed prior to doing business with "A Pilates Studio...pure and simple".
