A Pilates Studio is offering a 6 week Pilates Boot Camp.  If you want to experience a class that is super fun, quick paced, that combines the key principles of Pilates core stability and the traditional style of bootcamp training then this is the class you won't want to miss.  This 1 hour class offers a full body
conditioning program as well as 30 minutes of cardio training.

Pilates apparatus equipment is used to help lengthen and strengthen your muscles-with the added advantage of improving your muscle-to-fat ratio and correcting your posture.  For our cardio segment of the boot camp you may find yourself spinning, or doing a combo run-walk, or perhaps a little jumpboard on the reformer!!  An excellent challenge for all of you that love to do lunges why not try Pilates boot camp doing alternating backward lunges holding onto arm springs on the
cadillac, now that is a challenge!!
