Kathy Pellissier -  Certified Yoga and Spin Instructor

         
 

 
 
Kathy is a fitness professional with over 16 years experience teaching group fitness.  She is nationally certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America(AFAA) and Yogafit.  She teaches all formats of group fitness, including Pilates, Yoga, Spin, Step and Strength Training.  Kathy enjoys working with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.  One of the most rewarding aspects of being a fitness professional is watching the clients transform their bodies and minds.  Kathy hopes to make fitness enjoyable for all of her clients, through motivation and encouragement.  her personal mantra is "You will get out of it what you put into it".  Kathy is a wife and mother of two who lives in Temecula, CA.                                                                                                             
 
 
 
Jessica Feltman - Professional Dancer

   
Jessica Feltman has been concentrating and educating herself on the movement and health of her body for over 18 years.  At the age of 4 she began taking dance classes in ballet, tap, and jazz.  At 18 Jessica was a professional member of the Civic Ballet of San Luis Obispo.  After graduating from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a bachelors degree in dance she began dancing professionally through her agency DDO. 
 
In 2005 she starred in the Bravo series,  "Step It Up and Dance."  She has shot Pepsi Commercials, toured the continent of China, featured in Burn n' Firm Fitness DVD's, danced along Mariah Carey as the winner of the New Star Showcase and was shot in the Lord's of the Dogtown feature film. 
 
Jessica participated in pilates throughout college. It wasn't until after taking Pilates from Sandee Lea that Jessica decided to get certified herself and start teaching.  She is very thankful to Sandee for giving her such a strong foundation and a mentor to learn from.
 
 
 
 
Janice Wessel - Group Fitness and Spin Instructor
                                                                                  
 

 

Jancice Wessels has been active all her life.  She started out with sports at a young age then took up hiking, running and mountain biking while pursuing a career in business management and raising a family.  Her first half marathon was in 2008 with Team Challenge to benefit The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America.  Pilates helped her achieve this goal.

 

When Janice first heard about Pilates, she thought "it simply makes sense, what a great way to stay in shape and enhance my outdoor activites".  Well she fell in love with it, so much that when the opportunity came to change careers she decided to pursue her Pilates certification with Sandee Lea, who has been her trainer and mentor since 2008.

 

Janice has been involved with people and customer service all of her career, Pilates gives her the opportunity to do something she loves and share it with others.  She continues to spend time with her family hiking and training for the next half marathon.

 

Janice believes the key to overall health is finding balance in both your personal and professional life.  Pilates will help you achieve that balance

 

Janice currently instructs group reformer classes as A Pilates Studio formats as Pilates, cycling/spinning.  Janice is completeing her Mat pilates and Apparatus training through BASI.  She has great respect for what pilates and reformer training does for the body and especially, for the knowledge that Sandee has.

Hello! I am Katie Donatelli, Pilates Instructor.  I have a B.A. degree in Physical Education from CSU of Long Beach, and over 24 years of experience in the Fitness Industry.  I am very passionate about fitness and love to teach and coach others to help them reach their goalsl  I uphold several certifications:  Pilates Mat and Reformer from PIA (The Pilates Institute of America), Pilates Half Trapeze by Balanced Body, as well as a ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Certifications.  I have alo been certified through NASM for Personal Training and by APEX for Nutrition.  I believe in finding the right balance of family, personal time and career.  Which is why I am thankful to have found a career doing what I love.  Whether you are a Novice fitness enthusiast or a highly competitive athlete, Pilats can perfectly compliment and/or mend your current exercise rountine.  I have 4 children, ages 15,13,9, and 7, two C-sections and two regular deliveries.  I know how difficult it can be to get back into your skinny jeans, or to feel comfortable in a bathing suit after having children.  Nothing can help you regain control of your Abs like Pilates!  Let me help you at A Pilates Studio to help get your Pilates Body!

Raina maintains an active lifestyle by dancing, working out, and eating healthy.  She teaches Jazz, Modern, Ballet, and Hip-Hop at various dance studios in the Temecula Valley.
 
Raina started practicing pilates 1 year ago at A Pilates Studio.  She noticed as well as her dance instructors at California State University a positive change with her body in a very short amount of time.  Pilates has helped her so much with dance as it strengthens the core, tones the body, and improves flexibility.  She believes that PIlates can and will beneift everyone.
