Simply Barre Class:
is an intense total body workout that burns fat and scuplts long lean muscles. In this class you will use a ballet barre to help strengthen and condition your body. Mat Pilates is also incorporated into this work out to help strengthen the core and increase stability. This class will help you achieve that dancer's body you have always wanted, by burning fat and getting toned. You will have better flexibility, defined lean arms, good posture, stronger abs, a lifted seat, longer & leaner muscles, and will help increase cardio stamina.
